Zero gas generator

Zero gas generator is a key equipment in ambient air quality monitoring station. Its main purpose is to dilute the zero gas source of calibration instrument. The instrument consists of two parts: a zero gas generator and an external air compressor system. The zero gas generator includes: pressure regulating device, gas cleaning device, reaction chamber and temperature controller. The compressor system compresses the air and feeds it into the zero gas generator, which produces zero gas that does not contain the measured polluted gases (such as SO2, CO, O3, NO, NO2 and HC, etc.). The zero gas generator can provide enough stable zero gas for various environmental air quality automatic monitoring systems, and can provide zero gas source for diluting gases in the laboratory.
